As a professional in communications, Gustavo has built a solid and well-recognized career as consultant in the fields of reputation management, crisis management and strategic communications in important national and multinational companies. This experience allowed him to become one of Stratego’s partners in 2005.
He is an active member of Panama’s Business Executives’ Association (Spanish acronym APEDE) and of Panama’s Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, having also been a member of its Board of Directors. He was founder and coordinator of SEM’s Companies Committee Multinational Headquarters and presently he is part of the group of mentors of the City of Knowledge Innovative Center. Gustavo is an international lecturer and an expert facilitator in diverse strategic communication workshops.
His analytical sharpness has allowed him to become in a well-known columnist in national and international magazines, as well as in La Prensa newspaper. He has written more than 500 articles about strategic communication, reputation and sustainability and his writings have been published in books: “Strategic Communication” in Venezuela and “Crisis, Fusions and Acquisitions” in Argentina.
