
During the year 2010, the corporate value of Stratego’s Social Commitment was transformed into a structured and formal program of corporate volunteerisnm that aims to serve as a model for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs).
An internal consultation process was performed with surveys/measurements, interviews, and planning workshops with the employees of the company. As a result, the name StrateGO was chosen for the program and Ciudad del Niño was chosen to receive support in cultural matters. Between October and December of 2010, 4 workshops were performed on culture (choir, painting, photography, and choreography), where, in addition to the employees and members of Senior Management from Stratego, consultants and suppliers enthusiastically joined our effort. As part of 2011, we are joining forces with United Way to begin impementing their programs.





















Social Commitment
